We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Painter, you will be responsible for painting both interior and exterior surfaces of various buildings and structures. This includes preparing surfaces for painting, selecting appropriate paints and materials, and applying paint using various techniques. You will also be responsible for maintaining tools and equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and completing projects within specified timeframes. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, excellent color perception, physical stamina, and the ability to work well independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Select appropriate paints or mix colors to achieve desired shade
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Use techniques such as faux finishes or stenciling to create decorative effects
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working at heights or with hazardous materials
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Complete projects within specified timeframes
- Communicate with clients to understand their painting needs and preferences

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter in both residential and commercial settings
- Familiarity with various painting techniques and materials
- Excellent color perception and ability to match shades accurately
- Physical stamina to work on your feet for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work
- Knowledge of safety protocols when working at heights or with hazardous materials
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and understand their needs/preferences

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Vocational training in painting is an asset
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (if required)
- Biometric passport (if required)

Salary:
$1300 per month
