IT Manager


As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology operations and strategies of our company in Vilnius. Your role will involve managing the IT team, ensuring the smooth functioning of all technology systems, and providing technical support to employees. You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining cybersecurity measures to protect our company's data. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in information technology and experience managing a team. Excellent communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues are also essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies to support the company's goals
- Manage the IT team, including hiring, training, and evaluating employees
- Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of all technology systems
- Ensure that all data is secure and protected from cyber threats
- Provide technical support to employees and assist with any IT-related issues
- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors for IT services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT management role
- Proven experience managing a team and implementing technology strategies
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity measures and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.
