Heavy Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Akron. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders, to assist with construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment and possess a valid biometric passport. This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment according to project specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions or damage
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently while following all safety protocols
- Transport materials and debris using heavy machinery
- Work closely with construction team to complete projects on time
- Maintain accurate records of daily production and equipment usage

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment in a construction setting
- Valid biometric passport or ability to obtain one within 6 months of hire
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals
- Knowledge of safety protocols for operating heavy machinery
- Physically fit with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds regularly

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Akron, USA (Preferably Indian national)
