Crane Operator


A renowned construction company in Shan is seeking an experienced and skilled Crane Operator to join our team. We are looking for a dedicated individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for construction. The ideal candidate will have a biometric passport and be fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes, including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Read and interpret blueprints and lift plans to determine appropriate crane setup and operation
- Inspect cranes before each use to ensure safety and report any maintenance needs
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio to ensure safe movement of materials
- Perform routine maintenance on cranes, such as lubricating parts and replacing worn cables
- Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries on the job site
- Keep accurate records of crane operations and maintenance activities

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating cranes in a construction setting
- Valid crane operator certification
- Biometric passport for easy travel between job sites
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of different types of cranes and their operation procedures
- Ability to read blueprints and lift plans accurately
- Physical strength and stamina to operate equipment for long periods of time

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month, along with accommodation provided by the company. This is a full-time position with opportunities for overtime pay.
