Malayalee Chef in Las Vegas


We are looking for a talented and experienced Malayalee Chef to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating authentic and delicious Malayalee dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. Your creativity and passion for cooking will be crucial in creating unique dishes that will leave our customers wanting more.

Responsibilities:
- Create traditional and modern Malayalee dishes using fresh and high-quality ingredients
- Develop new menus and dishes to keep up with current food trends
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to our standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food quality and service
- Collaborate with management to develop cost-effective menus without compromising on quality

Requirements:
- Must be a native Malayalee or have extensive knowledge of Malayalee cuisine
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Chef, preferably in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per week along with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth.
