Senior Commercial Architect


As a Senior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. Your main goal will be to create functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of clients while adhering to building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, budget, and vision for the project
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process, ensuring that all work is done according to the approved design
- Monitor the project budget and timeline to ensure they are met
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to building codes
- Work with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project to resolve any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, innovations, and best practices in commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial architect
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills in order to effectively collaborate with clients and other professionals involved in the project
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Creative thinking abilities with a strong understanding of design principles

Preferred:
-Filipino nationality
-Prior experience working on commercial projects in Shan or other parts of Asia
-Master's degree in Architecture
-Knowledge of sustainable design principles

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Shan (open to remote work options)
