We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Baker in Svalbard, Norway. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about baking and eager to learn and grow in their profession.

As an Entry-Level Baker, you will be responsible for assisting the head baker with daily tasks such as mixing, shaping, and baking various breads, pastries, and other baked goods. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work station, follow food safety and hygiene standards, and assist with inventory management.

While previous baking experience is preferred, it is not required for this role. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.

In addition to a competitive salary of 1200$, we also provide accommodation for our employees. This includes a private room with basic amenities such as furniture and utilities. This will allow you to fully focus on your role without the added stress of finding housing.

As our bakery operates all year round, this position is open to candidates of all nationalities. However, due to visa restrictions in Svalbard, we can only consider applicants who have completed their high school education or equivalent.
