Junior Commercial Architect

We are in search of a talented and driven Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in the United States. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will work closely with senior architects and clients to design and oversee the construction of commercial buildings. This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts for commercial projects
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Research building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations for project compliance
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Present design proposals to clients for approval
- Oversee the construction process and ensure that designs are implemented accurately
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Prior experience working on commercial projects is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant computer programs
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
