Job Title: Commercial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their budget and timeline requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project objectives, budget, and timeline
- Develop preliminary sketches and design proposals for client approval
- Create detailed building plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the selection of materials and finishes for construction projects
- Work with contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality control during the construction process
- Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Present design proposals to clients for feedback and make revisions as necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $1500 per week (negotiable based on experience)
