Part-Time Commercial Architect

Salary: $1500 per month (based on experience)


We are seeking a skilled Commercial Architect to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements and budget
- Create detailed architectural plans using AutoCAD or other software programs
- Oversee construction projects to ensure they are executed according to the plans and specifications
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software programs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
