IT Manager


We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Os, Norway. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology operations. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month and visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's overall goals and objectives
- Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks
- Oversee the maintenance, security, and troubleshooting of all hardware and software systems
- Monitor network performance and ensure high levels of user satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades to existing systems
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of networking, databases, operating systems and other relevant technologies
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Experience in budget management and cost control measures
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
