Adhere to hygiene and sanitation standards for food preparation and storage. Inspect ingredients for quality and freshness. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to plan menus and develop new recipes. Maintain inventory of baking supplies and equipment. Must have previous experience as a baker in a professional bakery setting and be able to work full-time hours. Knowledge of Indian cuisine preferred but not required.
