Civil Engineer - Construction Team Lead


Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as a Construction Team Lead in Wiltz, Luxembourg. As a construction team lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning to completion. This position is open to Indian nationals with a strong background in civil engineering and experience in managing construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and contractors to ensure timely completion of construction projects within budget.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Review design documents and provide technical input to optimize construction plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Communicate project updates to clients and address any issues or concerns that arise during the construction process.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in civil engineering with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Experience working on large-scale projects is preferred.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of 1500$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates.
