Junior Moderator



We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Moderator in Alta, Norway. As a Junior Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating online forums, social media pages, and other platforms to ensure appropriate content and behavior. We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating a positive and inclusive community.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online forums, social media pages, and other platforms for inappropriate content or behavior
- Enforce community guidelines and policies
- Engage with community members to foster a positive and inclusive environment
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for managing difficult situations
- Keep track of trends and updates within the community to inform moderation decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Fluent in Norwegian (required)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with online communities and social media platforms
- Passion for creating a safe and welcoming online environment

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
