Carpenter in Ar Rumaythiyah

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures made of wood, steel, and other materials. Your duties may include measuring and cutting materials, building foundations, installing doors and windows, and maintaining tools and equipment. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a Carpenter and be able to work independently. This is a contract position with a salary of 900$ per month and includes accommodation. This is an urgent job for which we are hiring both Africans and foreigners who are proficient in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to plans
- Use hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machines to cut, shape, and assemble materials
- Build foundations, walls, floors, roofs using different methods such as framing or concrete forms
- Install doors, windows, stairs, trim work according to specifications
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Follow safety procedures while working on-site

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter for at least 3 years
- Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings
- Proficiency in using various hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of different construction methods including framing and concrete forms
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
