Indian Executive Chef in Acre, Israel
We are seeking an experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our restaurant team in Acre. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and creating delicious and authentic Indian dishes for our customers. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes according to recipes and standards
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Develop new menu items, taking into consideration customer preferences and dietary restrictions
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and taste meet our high standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times
- Collaborate with management on budgeting and cost control measures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Ability to create original recipes while also following established ones accurately
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and maintain a positive work environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluent in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- Must be willing to relocate to Acre, Israel
