Nurse Supervisor (Egyptian Applicants Only)


We are seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our team in Jerusalem. This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$ per month. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring high-quality patient care. This role requires strong leadership skills and previous experience as a nurse in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the nursing staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Monitor patient care and ensure that all procedures are being followed correctly
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Serve as a resource for nursing staff regarding clinical issues and procedures
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of nursing staff
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality, with valid work permit in Israel
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a nurse in a healthcare setting
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
