Sales Representative - Shan, Philippines


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Shan, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, promoting our products and services, and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing them with the right solutions
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products
- Negotiate sales contracts and maintain accurate records of all sales activities
- Collaborate with other team members to develop effective sales strategies and achieve team targets
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or inquiries from clients in a timely manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Experience in using CRM software is a plus
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
