Sales Executive - Shan, India

We are hiring a Sales Executive to join our team in Shan, India. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products or services to potential clients. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of sales experience and be fluent in both English and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell company products or services to potential customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Fluent in English and Hindi (both written and spoken)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory if needed
