Facade Specialist


We are currently seeking a skilled Facade Specialist to join our team in Vianden. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the installation and maintenance of building facades. This includes ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspections to assess the condition of building facades and identify any potential issues or areas for improvement
- Develop and implement installation plans for new facades, taking into consideration design, materials, and cost
- Oversee the installation process and provide guidance to workers, ensuring that all work is completed accurately and safely
- Coordinate with other departments or contractors involved in facade projects to ensure smooth execution of tasks
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on existing facades to identify any necessary repairs or replacements
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new materials/technologies related to facade construction

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facade installation/maintenance
- Strong knowledge of facade materials, construction methods, and safety regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Salary: $1300/month (negotiable)
Location: Vianden (preference for Kenyan nationals)
