Facade Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facade Engineer to join our team in Vianden. As a Facade Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, engineering, and overseeing the construction of building facades. This includes selecting materials, creating detailed plans and specifications, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing building facades that are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and sustainable
- Conducting site visits to assess existing conditions and gather necessary data
- Creating detailed plans and specifications for facade construction
- Selecting appropriate materials based on structural requirements and design goals
- Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Conducting structural calculations to ensure the safety and stability of facades
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Overseeing the installation of facades and providing technical support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in facade design or engineering
- Extensive knowledge of building materials, structures, and construction methods
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members from different disciplines

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Vianden (accommodation not provided)

Preference for Malayalees or Nepali candidates with biometric passports. English proficiency is required. Freshers without experience may apply.
