Courier Supervisor
As a Courier Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our courier team in Medina. Your main responsibility will be to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages to customers. This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will be managing a team of couriers and coordinating their schedules. You will also be responsible for training new couriers and ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of couriers, including scheduling and assigning tasks
- Monitor courier performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Train new couriers on company policies, procedures, and best practices for package delivery
- Ensure all packages are delivered on time and in good condition
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints regarding package deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking information and any issues encountered
- Collaborate with other departments to improve delivery processes and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the courier or logistics industry
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with tracking systems or other logistics software
