Administrative Assistant - Chelyabinsk, Russia
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our company by handling various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize all administrative tasks including filing, record keeping, and data entry
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and meetings for executives and other team members
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Assist with travel arrangements for employees
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and repairs
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Must have a valid visa to work in Russia
