Hotel Sales Manager
We are hiring a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy through sales and marketing efforts. Your main duties will include identifying potential clients, building relationships with corporate clients, negotiating contracts, and promoting the hotel through various channels.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry. You must also possess excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful partnerships is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Identify potential clients and build relationships with key decision-makers
- Negotiate contracts and rates with corporate clients
- Promote the hotel through various channels such as online platforms, trade shows, and networking events
- Monitor market trends, competitors' activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
