A reputable floral shop in Herzliya is seeking a skilled and experienced Florist to join our team. This is a full-time position, with a starting salary of 1500$. We are looking for someone with a passion for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements, who can bring their creativity and expertise to our shop. This role is open to Indian nationals who have their own visa and do not require accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, funerals, etc.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their floral needs
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies, order new stock when needed
- Keep track of expenses and ensure cost-effective use of resources
- Develop new designs and keep up-to-date with current trends in the floral industry
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in choosing the perfect arrangements for their needs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a florist or in a similar role
- Creative flair and ability to produce unique designs
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree or certification in floral design is preferred but not required
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Hebrew is an advantage but not required
