Indian Concierge in Atlanta

As an Indian Concierge in Atlanta, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests while also showcasing your cultural knowledge and background. You will serve as a liaison between the hotel and guests, ensuring that their needs and requests are met promptly and efficiently. Your friendly demeanor and ability to anticipate guest needs will contribute to creating a positive and memorable experience for all visitors.

In this full-time role, you will not be required to have any prior experience in the hospitality industry. However, your strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure will be essential for success in this role. Fluency in English is not required, but it is preferred.

As an Indian Concierge, your main duties will include greeting guests upon arrival, assisting with check-in and check-out processes, making reservations for dining or activities, arranging transportation services, and providing recommendations for local attractions. You may also be responsible for handling guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner.

This position does not include accommodation, so owning a valid work visa is necessary. We welcome freshers who are eager to learn and grow within our team. As a valued member of our staff, you will receive a competitive salary of $1400 per month.
