Office Clerk
Location: Dukhan, Canada
Salary: $1200 per month
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team in Dukhan. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a contract position and does not require any English language skills. Accommodation will not be provided, so we prefer candidates with a biometric passport for easy travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondences as needed
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and processing payments
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Schedule meetings and appointments as requested
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
