Executive Chef

We are a luxury hotel in Herzliya seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to oversee our culinary operations. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating menus, managing food and labor costs, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. You will also be responsible for training and developing our kitchen staff to ensure excellent service and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end hotel or restaurant
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Excellent knowledge of different cuisines and cooking techniques
- Experience with menu planning and cost control
- Fluent in English (Hebrew is a plus)
