Office Manager - Jerusalem, Israel (Kenyan candidates preferred)
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Jerusalem. As an English-speaking office, we are specifically looking for Kenyan candidates who are fluent in English and able to work without accommodation. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong time management abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with budget management and expense tracking
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Manage office schedules and calendars
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office management role preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Salary: 1700$ per month
Location: Jerusalem, Israel (candidates from Kenya preferred)
