We are seeking a reliable and experienced Babysitter to join our family in Ashdod, Israel. This is an urgent hiring for English speaking professionals with experience working as a Babysitter. The ideal candidate should have a warm and nurturing personality, with the ability to engage and care for children of all ages.

Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and loving care to children in a safe and responsible manner.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities to promote their physical, social, and emotional development.
- Ensure children's basic needs are met, including feeding, bathing, and changing diapers.
- Maintain a clean and organized play area for the children.
- Follow parents' instructions regarding routines and rules for the children.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's day and any concerns or issues that may arise.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Malayalam or Filipino language is a plus.
- Prior experience working as a Babysitter or in a similar role.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact with both children and parents.
- Excellent understanding of child development stages and needs.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
