As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to our recipes and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Baker and must have excellent knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.

Key responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Shape, cut, and decorate various baked goods
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker in a commercial bakery
- Excellent knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at $1000 per month depending on experience.
