We are a well-established bakery in Bergen, Norway seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods for our customers. This is an urgent role with a competitive salary of 1200$ per month and the opportunity for free visa and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes and production schedules
- Bake various types of breads, pastries, cookies, and other baked goods
- Decorate cakes and pastries with icing, glazes, and other toppings
- Ensure quality control by monitoring baking times and temperatures
- Maintain stock levels of ingredients and supplies needed for baking
- Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, tools, and utensils
- Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a professional Baker in a commercial bakery setting
- Knowledge of different types of flours, yeast, leavening agents, and other ingredients used in baking
- Ability to read recipes accurately, measure ingredients precisely, and follow production schedules
- Creativity to develop new recipes or modify existing ones to meet customer preferences or dietary restrictions
- Strong attention to detail for decorating pastries and ensuring quality control in all aspects of baking process
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy trays or bags of flour/sugar/butter/etc., bend or twist as needed while working in a fast-paced environment
