Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the housekeeping department. They will ensure that all rooms and common areas are cleaned to the highest standards and that all guest requests are fulfilled promptly. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. They must be able to multitask, work well under pressure, and have a positive attitude. This position requires working in a fast-paced environment and may involve some physical labor, such as lifting and bending.

Key Responsibilities:
- Train, supervise, and schedule housekeeping staff
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Order supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Handle guest complaints or requests in a professional manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Conduct performance evaluations of housekeeping staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain records of room occupancy and guest requests
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience in housekeeping supervision
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, equipment, and standards
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, lifting, bending, and carrying heavy objects
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Positive attitude and strong leadership skills

Salary: 1300$ per month
