Office Manager - Beer-Sheva, Israel
As an Office Manager at our company in Beer-Sheva, Israel, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in managing administrative tasks and supporting the daily operations of our team. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1800$ per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations including scheduling, budgeting and coordinating meetings
- Manage office supplies, equipment and facilities maintenance
- Maintain accurate records and files for easy retrieval
- Assist with HR functions such as onboarding new employees, managing employee time off and maintaining personnel records
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to coordinate projects and tasks
- Support financial processes including invoicing, tracking expenses, and managing budget reports
- Perform administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence, creating presentations, organizing travel arrangements and more
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew (written & spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with accounting software is an asset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Canadian nationality preferred but not required
