We are in search of a highly skilled and creative Web Designer to join our team in Vilnius, Canada. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our clients. This is a full-time job with competitive salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop website layouts, graphics, and user interfaces
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present to clients
- Collaborate with developers to ensure website functionality and optimization
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve website designs
- Work closely with project managers to meet project deadlines and client expectations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Photoshop, and other design software
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Attention to detail with a strong sense of aesthetics

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Experience designing for e-commerce websites
- Knowledge of SEO principles
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress
