Trainee Barista

We are a renowned coffee shop in Ajman, seeking enthusiastic and hard-working individuals to join our team as Trainee Baristas. This is a full-time job opportunity, perfect for freshers and those without prior experience. As a Trainee Barista, you will be trained in all aspects of coffee making and customer service. No knowledge of English is required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take orders and prepare coffee drinks according to customer preferences
- Ensure quality and consistency in all beverages served
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly
- Learn the art of latte art and other coffee-making techniques

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Passion for coffee-making and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods of time

Salary: 1400$ per month

Location: Ajman, UAE (no accommodation provided)
