Sales Manager - Doha, Qatar (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Doha. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our sales department, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in sales management, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of 1400$.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Manage the sales team and provide guidance, training, and motivation to achieve targets
- Identify new markets and opportunities for business expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead in the market
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, projections, and budget planning

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred (non-negotiable)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
