Junior Merchandiser


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Merchandiser to join our team in Alta. As a Junior Merchandiser, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of product merchandising strategies. This is an entry-level position ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain experience in merchandising.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and implementing merchandising plans for new products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate product launches
- Monitor sales performance and make recommendations for product placement and pricing
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Maintain inventory levels and track product availability
- Work closely with suppliers to negotiate pricing and manage orders
- Assist in maintaining visual presentation standards in stores

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (students pursuing a degree will also be considered)
- Previous experience in retail or merchandising preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
