Merchandiser

We are a retail company based in Alta, seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to showcase products in an appealing manner
- Ensure that all products are properly stocked and arranged on shelves and racks
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the purchasing team to replenish stock as needed
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions and displays for new products or sales
- Conduct store visits to ensure proper product placement and make any necessary adjustments
- Stay up-to-date with current industry trends and competitor's product displays
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education in merchandising or retail management is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset, but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain visual standards throughout the store
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using inventory management systems
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary: $1300/month
