Restaurant Manager for Indian Cuisine in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We are in search of a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our Indian cuisine restaurant in the bustling city of Riyadh. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant operations, from ensuring high-quality food and service to maintaining a profitable business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Train and supervise staff on proper food handling procedures and customer service.
- Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Create schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Monitor budget and expenses to ensure profitability targets are met.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role with a focus on Indian cuisine.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Hindi is an asset.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Salary:
Starting salary of 1100$ per month plus bonuses based on performance.
