We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Riyadh. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer relations. Our ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff and maintaining inventory levels
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall profitability
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings are consistently delivered to customers
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Monitor labor costs, scheduling, and payroll to ensure efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate prices for supplies and equipment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Proven track record of increasing sales and improving profitability
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed

Salary: 1400$ per month

City: Riyadh

Preference will be given to Filipino candidates currently residing in Riyadh. However, all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.

This is a full-time position that requires at least 12 years of education. Non-native English speakers are welcome as long as they meet the language requirements outlined above.
