Job Title: Machine Operator

We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Vilnius. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machines in a production environment. Your duties will include setting up machines, monitoring operations, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Machine Operator and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of machines according to production specifications
- Set up machines for each production run
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Familiarity with different types of machinery and their functions
- Basic knowledge of mechanical principles and tools
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately record data
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have own visa for working in Vilnius
