Solar Installation Technician - Remish, India

As a Solar Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels on residential and commercial properties. This role requires physical labor and working outdoors in various weather conditions. You will also be required to work at heights, so being comfortable with heights is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install solar panels according to design plans and specifications
- Conduct site surveys to determine optimal panel placement
- Ensure all equipment and materials are safely transported to job sites
- Safely operate hand and power tools while adhering to safety protocols
- Perform routine maintenance on existing solar systems
- Troubleshoot any issues or malfunctions with installed systems
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in solar installation is preferred
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds, work at heights, and in various weather conditions
- Previous experience in construction or electrical work is an asset but not required
- Attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
