Locksmith Technician

A reputable locksmith company in Sheduva is seeking a skilled Locksmith Technician to join our team. As a Locksmith Technician, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of locksmith services including key cutting, lock installations and repairs, and emergency lockout assistance. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the locksmith industry, be fluent in English, and possess excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls and provide on-site locksmith services
- Install new locks and repair existing ones
- Cut keys for residential and commercial properties
- Provide emergency lockout assistance for homes, businesses, and vehicles
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and in good working condition
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide satisfactory solutions
- Stay updated on the latest locksmith techniques and technologies

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Locksmith Technician
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
