Carpenter - Contract Position in Faro



We are looking for a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team in Faro on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and woodworking, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials based on the design plans
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim according to specifications
- Cut, shape, and smooth materials using hand or power tools
- Inspect wood products for defects and repair or replace damaged parts
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings accurately
- Good knowledge of wood properties and other carpentry materials
- Proficient in using hand and power tools to cut, shape, and smooth materials
- Physically fit with good balance and eye-hand coordination
- Attention to detail with good time management skills
