Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager in Alta, Norway
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager for our luxury hotel in Alta, Norway. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients to drive revenue and increase occupancy rates.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify potential clients and actively pursue leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, and other key partners
- Conduct site inspections and host familiarization trips to showcase the hotel's facilities and services
- Negotiate corporate contracts and special rates with clients to secure long-term business partnerships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeting key markets
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in a luxury setting
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong networking skills with the ability to build relationships with potential clients and maintain existing ones
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Knowledge of Norwegian or other Scandinavian languages is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Salary: 1100$ per month (based on part-time hours)
This is a part-time position without accommodation provided. The working hours will be flexible depending on business needs.
