Administrator - Medina, Kenya
We are currently seeking a skilled and highly organized Administrator to join our team in Medina, Kenya. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Liaise with other departments to ensure efficient communication and collaboration
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and place orders as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
Salary: 1100$ per month.
This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday. We offer visa sponsorship for non-Kenyan candidates as well as free airfare upon successful completion of probationary period.
