Part-Time Project Manager (Student Position)


We are in need of a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Svalbard. Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as a student or recent graduate

Responsibilities:
- Create project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Delegate tasks to team members and provide guidance as needed
- Monitor progress of projects and ensure they are completed within deadlines
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding project updates and changes
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies when necessary
- Facilitate team meetings to discuss progress, issues, and solutions
- Keep detailed records of project data including budgets, schedules, and resources used
