Dishwasher vacancy in Alta Norway

Dishwasher - Alta, Canada

As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Your main duties will include washing, drying, and storing dishes, as well as assisting with general kitchen cleaning tasks. This is an entry-level position that does not require previous experience.

Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans using a dishwasher or by hand
- Ensure that all dishes are properly cleaned and sanitized
- Stack clean dishes in designated areas for serving or storage
- Clean and maintain dishwashing machine and other kitchen equipment
- Empty and clean trash cans regularly
- Assist with general cleaning of kitchen area including sweeping and mopping floors
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Basic understanding of sanitation regulations
- Excellent time management skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $1400 per month
