Barber/ Hair Stylist

We are a well-established salon in the charming city of Clairvaux and we are seeking a talented and experienced Barber/ Hair Stylist to join our team. We are open to applicants of all nationalities, however, proficiency in English is required for this role.

As a Barber/ Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and styling services to our diverse clientele. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and provide consultations on their desired haircuts or styles
- Keep up-to-date with current haircutting techniques and trends
- Perform various haircutting techniques such as clipper cuts, scissor cuts, fades, etc.
- Provide styling services including blowouts, styling with hot tools, etc.
- Assist clients in choosing hair products and make recommendations based on their needs
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barber/ Hair Stylist
- Experience working with diverse clientele is preferred
- Proficient in English (French language skills is a plus)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledgeable about current haircutting techniques and trends
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
